Uke Manouche!!
I have always loved the styling of the Selmer/Maccaferri jazz guitars of
the 1930's that were made famous by Django Reinhardt and the Hot Club of
France. This tenor ukulele features a
cutaway body , small oval soundhole and slotted headstock.
It comes with a floating bridge and brass deco tailpiece. The standard
model has a rosewood body with a spruce top, ebony fretboard and
bridge, and wood binding. It is finished in gloss lacquer.
It is also available with a more standard fixed bridge and no tailpiece.
For those who wish to plug in; a K&K pickup is an option.
The uke pictured is made of European maple and spruce with koa binding.
The base price is $2100
